The Heart Gallery

Today I will be photographing two boys who are looking to find a "forever home". The Heart Gallery is a project dedicated to helping children find foster and/or adoptive parents. Quad City Arts is partnering with Scott County, Muscatine County and Cedar County Decategorization Programs (community planning bodies organized under the Iowa Department of Human Services) to create a traveling photo exhibit called the Heart Gallery of Eastern Iowa. The goal is to mount a fantastic photography exhibit that will help increase recruitment of foster and adoptive families for children who are in the child welfare system.
